Here are a few ways we can help:
- Monthly Bookkeeping: Consider us your accounting department. Whether you use QuickBooks or other accounting software, we will invoice your clients, pay your vendors, run payroll, reconcile your bank & credit card accounts, prepare your financials and explain your monthly trends & results so you understand what's really going on in your business.
- Remote Support During COVID-19: We have over a decade of experience supporting our clients remotely, and can provide you with all the support you need during periods of social distancing.
- PPP Loan Forgiveness: If you've taken a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan under the CARES Act, you'll need to submit an application to have some or all of your loan forgiven. We can help you with those complex calculations and make sure you have all the documentation you need to get your maximum relief.
- QuickBooks Setup: Setting up your books right is the key to getting good financial data from them later. We will customize your books to match your business, set up your customer invoices, and format your financials so they're easy to read and make sense.
- QuickBooks Cleanup/Catch-up: If things haven't been updated for a while, or something has gotten tangled up, we can help. We will get your books caught up so your CPA can file your taxes on time. We can also sort out all kinds of problems, and then help you develop a new process to keep things on track.
- Upgrade Your Accounting System: If you've outgrown your accounting software, we can help you choose a better system and implement it right.
